Sub Slab Systems

   The structure of the home creates a strong negative pressure zone on the soil beneath and around the home. Radon is drawn to the interior of the structure. The gas will easily infiltrate through any openings which have direct contact with the soil. Sump pits, floor drains, utility piping, even some cracks in the floor

   Since it is impossible to prevent the soil gas from escaping into the atmosphere, a soil depressurization system uses a vacuum system to guide the gases from the soil to a discharge stack outside of the home

   The final design of this system is going to depend on three major factors:
